WHAT IS KICKBOXING?
Kickboxing is more than just a workout; it's a martial art. Not only will you burn an insane amount of calories (up to 800 calories per class!), you're also going to learn real martial arts technique and self-defense in a dynamic and engaging way. No two classes are ever going to be the same, and nobody is going to leave you alone in a corner punching a bag. Our small class sizes allow for individual attention from instructors and create a tight-knit community among students.
I started Martial Arts at age 51. It started with pushups when my son was training for his black belt. Then I got talked into taking a class. It hurt so much to walk down the steps after the first class that I went back the next day afraid that I wouldn’t be able to walk at all if I didn’t loosen up the muscles.
